MicroStrategy allegedly bought 660 Bitcoins for approximately $ 25 million between December 30, 2021 and January 31, 2022, at an average purchase price of $ 37,865 per BTC. This was revealed by the official form filed Tuesday with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
MicroStrategy remains one of the biggest whales, holding about $ 3.78 billion in BTC, according to public estimates.
In December 2021, MicroStrategy announced two large bitcoin purchases: 1,434 BTC at an average price of $ 57,477 from November 29 to December 9, and 1,914 BTC at an average price of $ 49,229 from December 9 to 29. And between October 1 and November 29, at an average price of $ 59,187, the company acquired 7,002 BTC.
