In fact, Binance could soon register in the Italian cryptocurrency register (OAM). An obligatory step for all crypto wallet managers who intend to operate in Italy, after the recent decree of the Ministry of Economy established the register, which will become operational from 18 May. In implementation of recent decree that transposes the rules that must be followed by providers of services relating to virtual currencies (Vasp) to operate with cryptocurrencies in Italy, Binance must in fact register with the OAM within the terms established by law, otherwise it could risk to see its portal in Italy obscured
For the founder of Binance, this is the first visit in Rome. Yesterday the Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs, Manlio Di Stefano, announced on Linkedin a meeting between a delegation of his party, the Five Star Movement, with CZ.

In fact, Binance recently expressed the need for full adherence to continental rules, defining it as a crucial element for the success of the crypto industry: obtaining DASP authorization in France implies full recognition by the authorities and full legitimation of the activities in the eyes of the European investors and Italy appears to be the next step.
